General Description of Duties
- Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe, timely, and damage-free freight loading/unloading.
- Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
- Allocate job tasks and monitor performance.
- Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations.
- Ensure a clean, safe working environment.
- Promote safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in transportation or related fields.
- Supervisory experience desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
