General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals and uphold company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; previous transportation or related experience desired.
• Supervisory experience a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
