In this role, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight. General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for safe freight handling.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance.
• Coordinate work assignments, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment for all personnel.
• Promote safe handling, loading, unloading, and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Service center or transportation experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
