ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the loading/unloading of freight, maintaining load balance, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Support a values-driven culture and collaborate to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; supervisory experience desirable.
• Knowledge of freight transportation and basic computer skills.
