Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks and assignments for the team.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Mentor and lead the team to develop future managers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
• Contribute to staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, store cleanliness, and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate knowledge of operational tasks and ability to train team members.
• Operate equipment efficiently.
• Handle ingredient stocking, product preparation, order processing, and inventory management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment functionality.
