Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will support store operations, manage schedules, and develop action plans to enhance performance and team growth. The position is full-time, with an average of 38 hours per week and a starting wage of $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper stock levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
