Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our ALDI team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, improving store performance, managing schedules, and developing the team. You will work closely with the direct leader to implement action plans, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the store's success.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 38 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team
- Identify training opportunities for team development
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products
- Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Prior retail management experience preferred
