Job Description

We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and optimizing store performance. If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for retail management, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to support team development and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company strategy and values to foster teamwork among employees.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Oversee inventory procedures, product merchandising, and customer service standards.
  • Supervise team operations, ensuring timely task completion and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience with management experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve store goals.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, customer service, and store operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
