Join our team at Aldi as an Assistant Store Manager where you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring top-notch store performance, and fostering team growth and development. This full-time position offers 38 hours per week with a starting wage of $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to drive operational improvements.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team enhancement.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and suggest adjustments to stay ahead.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandise products for maximized sales.
• Supervise team operations for optimal customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
