Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising store activities, managing schedules, and leading a dynamic team to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to drive store performance improvement.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience with management experience preferred.
