Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in store management, overseeing daily activities, enhancing store performance, managing schedules, and supporting team development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to drive operational improvements.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail environment.
- Prior management experience preferred.

- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
