Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will assist with managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering team development and growth.

Position Type:

Full-Time
Average Hours: 38 hours per week
Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance operational performance
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members
• Identify training opportunities for team development
• Monitor the competitive landscape and provide feedback on product offerings
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring customer service excellence
• Uphold company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years retail experience
• Prior management experience is a plus
