Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 38 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to staff.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for product improvement.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product quality, and customer service standards are met.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
