We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist the store manager in various operational tasks to ensure the store's smooth functioning and exceptional customer service. This includes developing action plans, training the team, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
