Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans to improve operations, training and developing team members, maintaining stock levels, and maximizing sales through effective merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise team operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
