Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will support store management by overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and fostering team development. As an integral part of the store's success, you will contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities and promote team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring product quality and freshness.
• Supervise team operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
