Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, supervise operations, develop action plans, and foster a growth-oriented environment for the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold core values.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and provide feedback on products.
• Participate in the interviewing process and supervise store operations.
• Adhere to inventory procedures, ensure proper product handling, and manage cash controls.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
