Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Retail Supervisor at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, ensuring overall store performance, and identifying training opportunities for team development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team members to enhance performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
