Salary Range: $152,000-$228,000

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to lead our data and analytics platforms for the Jazz Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) department.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic roadmap for the clinical data platform(s).
- Optimize Jazz's use of the clinical data platform(s) through cross-functional partnership.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Clinical Data Innovation team.
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships at senior leadership level.
- Collaborate with vendors and manage development of data platforms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and technology standards.
Required Skills
- Thorough knowledge of clinical trial study design and drug development process.
- Experience with visualization tools in a clinical trial environment.
- Proficiency in CDASH standards and clinical data collection systems.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 10 years in clinical trial role with 3 years of leadership experience.
