Job Description

Join Banner Bank as a Banker I and become the face of the Bank, providing exceptional client experiences by processing transactions accurately and efficiently. As a valued team member, you will actively assist clients in achieving their financial goals by promoting and selling Bank products and services through in-person and telephone interactions. We are seeking individuals who demonstrate a high level of reliability, punctuality, and effective teamwork.

Requirements

• 3 or more months of relevant experience, including cash handling, client service, and sales.
• Strong organizational, math, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication abilities along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Note: Higher experience levels may be considered for advancement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting hourly range: $18.00-$22.23/hr (experience-based).
