Position Summary:

As a Caregiver at Charter Senior Living, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and care of residents in a professional manner. Your duties will include providing assistance with daily activities, offering emotional and social support, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the mission and core values of Charter Senior Living.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as medication reminders, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide emotional and social support while respecting residents' independence.
• Document assistance provided and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure residents' confidentiality and safety.

Requirements:

• Familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
• Experience with elderly or memory-impaired adults preferred.
