Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time)

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a part-time Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to cash policies and procedures. Stockers will ensure fresh products are available, follow merchandising guidelines, and operate machinery safely. Both roles involve maintaining the store's appearance and assisting with inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
• Execute cashier duties efficiently, including processing purchases and providing excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create visually appealing displays as a Stocker.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate the ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company policies.
• Effective communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and within a team.
• Physical stamina to perform various tasks required in a retail environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
