Salary: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Purpose

The Certified Personal Training Lead is responsible for overseeing and advancing the personal training business, ensuring the achievement of fitness financial targets by leading a high-performing team focused on member success and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile team to deliver client-focused programming.
• Create an approachable, inclusive training environment.
• Support and facilitate personal trainer-client connections.
• Attract and retain clients through personal relationships.
• Coach trainers on client consultations and sales techniques.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals.
