We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Personal Training Lead, you will play a critical role in advancing our personal training business by exceeding fitness financial targets and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate programming tailored to each client's needs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Provide ongoing support and development for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract and retain clients through personal connections and consultations.
• Collaborate with personal trainers to achieve monthly sales goals.

Requirements

• Experience in personal training and team leadership.
• Strong ability to drive sales and meet financial targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Personal Trainer qualification preferred.
