ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at our in-person nursing hiring event. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
• Implement goal-oriented care plans in line with available resources.
• Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.

Requirements:

• HSD or GED required.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Hours and Compensation:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
