Job Opening

We are hiring Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE, with flexible day or night shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
• Implement patient-centered care plans.
• Participate in discharge planning.

Requirements

• HSD or GED required.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Hours

Expected hours: 20-40 per week. Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
