We are seeking talented Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing the operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest quality products and services for our customers while fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills, including food preparation and customer service.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, gather feedback, and use insights to enhance operations and customer loyalty.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, maintain staffing levels, and enforce uniform and appearance standards.
• Drive sales by providing excellent customer service, training team members, and optimizing POS systems.
• Manage inventory levels efficiently to minimize waste and loss, ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work unsupervised.
• Bilingual proficiency preferred in certain markets.
• Comfortable with phone and computer systems.
