Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent operational skills to ensure the highest quality products for our guests.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, soliciting feedback to enhance operations and foster brand loyalty.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, maintain staffing levels, and promote a customer-focused and energetic work environment.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through exceptional guest service, product training, and effective management of restaurant resources.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the restaurant, complying with company standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are advantageous in certain markets.

Additional Information

• This is a non-exempt, hourly position.
