Job Description
Aldi is seeking a Construction Cost Project Analyst to oversee construction cost management on a national level. In this role, you will collaborate with divisional real estate teams, evaluate construction bids, and ensure that costs align with project scopes and regional trends. The position is based in Dublin, OH, and eligible for ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program.
Responsibilities
- Work with Construction Managers on negotiating with contractors.
- Provide pricing data and analysis to divisional teams.
- Prepare bid evaluations and reporting for projects.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure pricing accuracy.
- Monitor market pricing and forecast fluctuations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction cost software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
