Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Cost Project Analyst to join our National Real Estate Services team at Aldi, one of the fastest growing retailers in the nation. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing construction costs on a national level, collaborating with divisional real estate teams to evaluate construction bids and ensure cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

The Construction Cost Project Analyst will work closely with Construction Managers to negotiate with contractors, provide pricing data to divisions, analyze bids, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure project costs align with regional trends. Additionally, the role involves conducting market pricing reviews, developing pricing forecasts, and leading training initiatives within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Construction Estimating.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and cost management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RS Means software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
