Position Summary

As a Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services in our Dining Service Department. You will ensure that the residents receive appropriate care and services in a holistic manner. Your role involves coordination with team members to provide high-quality meals and excellent service, contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Get to know residents and assist in orientation processes.
• Assess residents' needs and assist in their daily living activities.
• Plan and implement food service programs based on residents' preferences.
• Maintain records and communicate effectively with team members.
• Assist in all aspects of food service to ensure residents' satisfaction.

Other Requirements

Good communication skills and compassion for the elderly are essential. You must demonstrate a continuous interest in caring for the elderly and be willing to learn and develop your skills accordingly.
