We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Job Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. mindset and competencies
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain cleanliness
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Contribute to inventory management and store security
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and related equipment
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
