Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, cashiering, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to ensure store security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
