Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing purchases, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate cash registers and store equipment effectively.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
