Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a well-organized store environment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the shelves are stocked with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to enhance store performance.
  • Participate in inventory procedures and ensure accuracy in stock levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Ability to adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Prior retail experience preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
