Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
