Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, operating the cash register efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Adhere to company policies, minimize inventory losses, and ensure accuracy in inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to handle customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Operate cash registers and store equipment with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and work well independently or in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
