Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's impeccable appearance. Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure data security and confidentiality
  • Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Customer service and cash register proficiency
  • Ability to operate store equipment
  • Interpret and apply company policies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous
