We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and general cleaning tasks. Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases and maintain product displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Assist in inventory management and store cleanliness
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Operate a cash register accurately
  • Safely operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Prior retail experience preferred
