Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and efficiency.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
