Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. By prioritizing exceptional customer service and effective communication, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to the store management team on product issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Comply with company policies while upholding the security and confidentiality of information.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
