Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-merchandised, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment while upholding company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company guidelines for equipment operation and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
