Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow company policies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
