Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. This position offers full-time hours with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to neatness and organization.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
