Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by stocking merchandise, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts
  • Operate cash register and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Experience in a retail environment preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
