Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Assist customers with shopping and provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Stock shelves, maintain displays, and uphold store cleanliness standards
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
