Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating clearly with the store management team.
• Monitoring inventory for accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
