Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains its pristine appearance. Key Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain clean displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management
- Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Follow company policies while ensuring document and data security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Safe handling of equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail work experience is a plus
