We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and monitoring.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially related to cash handling.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
