Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall operations of the store.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
